Employees who receive such designation with this level of industrial painting and coating certification are recognized for having demonstrated experience to a peer panel when challenged with various coatings-related scenarios. Those who achieve Level 3 certification obtain the knowledge and can perform the tasks of those certified at Levels 1 and 2, as well as supervise those individuals.
