The Martin Hill reservoir was the largest above ground potable water storage tank in the continental United States. The footprint would allow a football field inside and the overall height at the center of the roof was approximately 110 ft tall.

Thomas Industrial Coatings was hired to blast both the interior and the exterior surfaces to bare steel, recoating over a six-month period.
