The Intercoastal Waterway Sector Gate project involved full containment, blasting to an SSPC-SP5 white metal condition and the recoating of one set of sector gates for the US Army corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District.
The Intracoastal Waterway is a 3,000-mile waterway along the Gulf and Atalantic coasts. It provides an easy-to-navigate, safe route along its lengths. It runs for much of the length of the Easter Seaboard and it's maintained by the United States Army Corp of Engineers.
Our work was based in Moorehaven, Florida.
